About

One brand, and only the cooking side of it

We are an independent repair outfit working Wolf cooking equipment in Phoenix, and have been since 2012. Not a dispatch board that sends whoever is free — the same small group of technicians runs every call, on two routes that cover the four districts listed on this site.

What we do

Dual-fuel and all-gas ranges, sealed-burner rangetops, gas, electric and induction cooktops, built-in single and double wall ovens, convection steam ovens, wall hoods, hood inserts and downdraft ventilation. Ignition and burner behaviour, temperature and convection faults, latch and door problems, blower and duct work, control boards and touch panels.

What we do not do

We do not service refrigeration — different tooling, different certification, different trade, and Wolf does not make it anyway. We do not carry eleven other brands. We do not quote a repair over the phone without seeing the appliance, because a guess that becomes a different number on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. And we do not take anything apart past diagnosis before you have agreed a price.

Why Phoenix changes the work

Two local loads show up again and again. Storm season drives fine dust into igniters, baffles and rooftop dampers, so ventilation and ignition faults cluster after a monsoon. And a kitchen that sits above 90°F for weeks pushes induction and control electronics into thermal protection, which reads as an intermittent fault and is really a cooling-path problem. Both are worth knowing before a part gets ordered.

The visit

How a call runs

Nothing about the price is meant to be a surprise. The $89 service call buys the visit and the diagnosis, then comes off the repair once you have approved it — so there is one figure to agree to, it is the figure for your own appliance rather than a band average, and you have it before a screw comes out. The bands it lands in are printed on each repair page.

  1. 01

    On the phone

What the appliance does, what it did before, and the model off the plate if you can reach it. That is usually enough to know which parts to load.

  2. 02

    In the kitchen

The unit comes out far enough to work behind, on protection, and the fault gets traced rather than guessed. Most of it happens with a meter, a manometer and a light.

  3. 03

    Before the tools come out

You get the cause in plain words and the price to put it right. Nothing is dismantled past diagnosis until you have said yes.

  4. 04

    After

The appliance is run up and tested in front of you — every burner, a full preheat, the hood on each speed — and the old parts stay if you want them.

Something on the range, oven, cooktop or hood not right?

Tell us what it does and we will tell you what it usually is. The $89 service call covers the visit and the diagnosis, and comes off the repair when you approve it.
